The reservation fee of R5000 is a non-refundable reservation fee in order to reserve an apartment in the development. Reserving the apartments is based on a first come first serve basis, we will not hold back an apartment without a purchaser securing an apartment via our reservation platform. The reservation fee is only refundable upon a purchaser not being able to secure a bond and for successful purchasers the reservation fee will be returned on the date of registration of transfer.
